Designed around the owner, counter and kitchen—not a generic website template.
A live customer site is branded around the real takeaway, menu, delivery area and staff workflow. The interface shown on the tablet is illustrative.
See the customer, kitchen and owner experience together.
The screens shown here come from the live Servewell demonstration—not a fictional dashboard concept. Inspect the customer ordering journey and the read-only owner tools before deciding.
Deal directly with the person responsible for your build.
Servewell Takeaways is run by Daniel Coughlin, Founder. Daniel oversees each onboarding, launch and support relationship, so early customers are not passed between sales, setup and support departments.
See the whole order flow, not just a pretty homepage.
Servewell is built around the daily rhythm of a takeaway: customers order quickly, staff handle the kitchen flow clearly, and owners can follow up with reviews, reports and repeat-customer tools.
Customer orders
They check delivery, browse the menu, choose options, pay online or choose cash, then track their order.
Kitchen accepts and prints
Staff accept, reject, update times, prepare the order and print clear kitchen tickets where printing is enabled.
Driver, review and reporting updates
Delivery drivers update order status, customers receive review links, and owners can see sales, items and customer activity.
Specialist ordering websites, not generic web design.
We're not a general web design agency. We build online ordering systems exclusively for independent UK takeaways. Every software feature - from address checks and online payments to kitchen printing, driver workflows, reviews, promotions, customer tracking and sales reports - is included to help owners reduce reliance on high-commission marketplaces.
Built around real takeaway workflows
Collection, delivery, scheduled orders, lead times, customer notes, product options, order tracking and status emails are treated as core features. Kitchen printing can be enabled where needed.
Designed to reduce marketplace dependence
The goal is to help customers order directly from your own brand, then give you tools for repeat orders, reviews, promotions and customer follow-up.
Managed technical setup
We handle the hosting, security, payment provider connection, printer setup guidance and ongoing support, so the owner can focus on food and service.

Questions takeaway owners ask before switching.
Clear answers before you book a call. If your setup is unusual, we can talk through the best option for your shop, printer, payments and domain.
Book a 15-minute demo →Can I still take cash?
Yes. Your website can support online card payments and cash orders where appropriate. You can decide which order types are available and we can set this up around your workflow.
Can I edit my menu?
Yes. The admin dashboard is built so you can manage categories, products, prices, images, availability and options yourself. If you prefer, we can also make menu updates for you as part of support.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can use an existing domain or a new one. We can help point the DNS to the site and, where needed, set up records for email, SSL and the live ordering website.
Can I migrate from Just Eat or Uber Eats?
Yes. We recreate your menu, options and ordering flow, then help you encourage repeat customers to order direct. Keep marketplace apps if they bring you new customers or supply drivers; Servewell gives those customers a route back to your own brand next time. Marketplace customer data may not be exportable.
What is included in £69/month?
All Servewell software features are included: ordering, menu and stock tools, customer tracking, reviews, promotions, reports, driver tools and kitchen printing software, plus hosting, backups, monitoring, maintenance and an initial support response within 24 hours. The same package is £49/month when billed annually.
Are there transaction fees or hidden add-ons?
Servewell takes 0% commission on direct orders and does not charge extra for software modules. Your chosen card provider still charges its normal processing fee. Domain renewals, physical hardware and genuinely bespoke work are confirmed separately before you spend anything.
What support response can I expect?
Support requests receive an initial response within 24 hours. That response may resolve a straightforward request immediately or confirm the next steps and expected timescale for a more involved issue.
Who owns my data, domain and branding?
You retain your business content, logo, images and customer records, and menu and order data can be exported on request. Your domain can remain registered to your business. Servewell retains the underlying platform and reusable software unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
Can I pause ordering?
Yes. The system can include shop controls for pausing ordering, changing lead times and managing collection or delivery availability, which is useful during busy periods or temporary closures.
Do you supply the printer?
Kitchen printing software is included. We can recommend and configure compatible receipt printers, including standalone cloud printer options where suitable. Tablets, printers and installation work are quoted separately; existing hardware can be checked before launch.
How quickly can a site go live?
It depends on menu size, images, payment setup and domain access. A straightforward site can usually move quickly once we have the menu, branding, opening hours, delivery rules and payment details.
