Who you are ordering from

Your food order contract is with Servewell Pizza & Grill, at 45 Market Street, Manchester, M1 1AD. Contact: 0161 000 1234 or orders@servewell.uk.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and the complete order total, including applicable discounts and delivery charges, is shown before you place the order.

Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance by the takeaway. We may reject or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the store is closed, payment fails, delivery is not possible, or there is an error in pricing or menu information.

Please check your basket, delivery/collection choice, contact details, address and scheduled time before placing the order.

Payment

Card payments are handled by the takeaway's hosted payment provider. Cash on delivery or collection may be available only if enabled by the takeaway. The website provider does not receive or hold the takeaway's card-sale proceeds.

Delivery and collection

Delivery is available only within the active delivery area and may require a minimum basket value. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, especially during busy periods, bad weather or traffic disruption.

Food information

Menu descriptions, images and availability can change. If you have an allergy or intolerance, read the allergen page and contact the takeaway before ordering if you are unsure.

The takeaway is responsible for keeping its menu and allergen information current. Allergy notes are not a substitute for speaking to the takeaway before ordering.

Cancellations, problems and statutory rights

Made-to-order food is perishable, so a change-of-mind cancellation may not be possible after an order is accepted or preparation starts. The separate refunds and cancellations page explains how to contact us. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights where food or service is faulty, misdescribed or not provided with reasonable care and skill.
